At Sonababu, your trust means everything. We stand behind the quality of our baby clothing, and if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

- You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

- Due to hygiene and baby safety, items like bodysuits, onesies, and sleepwear cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.

Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

- We allow size exchanges within 7 days, subject to product availability.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@sonababu.com  or call us at - +8801403004646 within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no extra cost. 

Non-Returnable Items

- Sale items, clearance products, or items marked “final sale.”

- Gift cards.
